EVENT DETAILS 

6:30-9pm The ‘Australian Regional Heroes’ wine tasting, will showcase wines that reflect a distinct regional character, representing the unique lands they come from and the passion of their winemakers.

The event features Aussie wineries and wine producers that have blazed a trail for their region’s identity through their varietal choices and the styles of wine produced; a distinct sense of place will be portrayed in all the wines in the room. 

6:30-7pm Food & Wine Pairing Seminar with Stacey Metulynsky
Stacey is co-founder of Groovy Grapes and host of the national TV series “This Food, That Wine” , as seen on the Food Network. She has also lauched a companion wine and food pairing book called This Food That Wine available in bookstores across Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Stacey as she takes you through a flavour experience. We know that Shiraz is fabulous with lamb on the barbie…open your mind and come taste what else Australia has to offer.
